Two Days in the Life of USF

Taking time out from studies for a little Mortal Kombat in the Skypad

Seniors Matthew Dively [bottom] and Travis Williams [top]  use their free time to play Mortal Kombat in USF’s newest addition to the Marshall Student Center, the Skypad.

The gaming lounge was created due to the increasing number of gamers who made the fourth floor of the Marshall Center their makeshift hang-out. After several weeks of planning and meetings both the MSC and the gamers who called the fourth floor home came to an agreement and Skypad was born. Williams and Dively are friends who enjoy playing video games in between classes together.

Dively, a public health major, admitted that he and his friend don’t come to the Skypad often but that they do like the room and plan on coming back.
