Preview of some works in the upcoming senior art thesis exhibit: The Vault


Steve Yancar, USF senior majoring in fine art, quickly shades the last details into his final piece before the upcoming senior thesis art exhibition, The Vault.  Throughout the semester, Yancar and 24 other students have have been working on several individual pieces which will be presented in the show. Yancar’s piece is a pencil drawing inspired from a film.

There will be several different mediums featured in the show such as drawing, painting, multimedia and sculptures and many pieces will be for sale. Many of the artists will be present for the opening reception on April 27 from 5:30- 9 p.m (a wet bar and food will be available from 7-9 p.m.)The show is located on the corner of Twiggs St. and Franklin St. at the Exchange National Bank in downtown Tampa and the works will be on display until May 4.
